Botox® Services
Botox® has been successfully used for over 20 years for cosmetic purposes. It is a purified protein that blocks the message going from the nerve to the muscles, decreasing the appearance of wrinkles. T he most common places it is used include frown lines, crow’s feet, and forehead lines. Improve those lines, lasting up to 4 months, without surgery and without scars by a simple
injection of B otox® . Two to seven days later you will see a more refreshed appearance as the Botox® becomes effective and the muscles treated weaken.

Brown Spot Removal
Brown spots, sunspots or freckles may dot your skin. High-energy lasers can safely, effectively and virtually painlessly remove many unwanted brown spots on your skin, including liver spots, age spots and sun spots. About 60%-80% of common freckles and age spots resolve after one treatment. Some blemishes do not disappear completely, but will be significantly lighter in color after treatment. Some crusting is expected as the skin sloughs off, revealing the new skin.

Cosmelan Depigmentation Treatment
The Cosmelan Depigmentation Treatment action mechanism is based on the inhibition of tyronase, a basic enzyme in the formation process of
melanin. Several of the substances present in the Cosmelan formula act by blocking this enzyme, and even by inverting the metabolic process of the transformation chain. Suitable for all skin types, one week after starting the Cosmelan Depigmentation Treatment, a significant improvement of the skin is observed, the reduction of the treated blemish is detected and the appearance of the new luminous and rejuvenated skin is present. In 99% of the cases the disappearance of the pigmented blemish improves by 95%.

Laser Facial
Laser Facials affect the appearance of facial flushing, redness, sun-damaged skin, age spots, skin texture, hyper pigmentation and photo aging along with the reduction of large pores and may lessen fine lines on the face. The laser facial, safe for all skin types, works by focusing a beam of light at a target in the skin such as enlarged blood vessels and brown spots. Warming the dermis can stimulate some mild collagen production to decrease the appearance of fine lines and pores. There is no peeling or down time with this treatment, other than irritation at specific targeted spots.

Laser Hair Removal
Laser Hair R emoval, our most popular procedure, is more affordable than you think. We offer two wavelengths of lasers that can effectively treat both light skin and dark skin. The laser produces a specific wavelength of light that is attracted to the dark pigment in the growing hair follicle, heating and damaging the follicle which then can’t grow back. By treating the areas of unwanted hair every 4-6 weeks, the hair follicles in that growing stage can be successively damaged, leading to permanent hair reduction.

Laser Vein Removal
Laser V ein R emoval works by delivering a focused beam of light on those red, blue or purple veins that result from sun exposure, use of oral contraceptives, hormone therapy, the aging process, trauma or heredity. The energy targets the blood in the vein, heating it up and gently removing the spider vein, while sparing the surrounding tissue. T he vein is taken away by the natural processes of the body over several weeks. While the vessel can disappear instantly, one to two treatments are recommended.

Levulan Photodynamic Therapy
Photodynamic acne treatment involves the application of a prescription medication called L evulan, a photosensitizing agent, which is then activated with Blue Light. Blue Light Levulan Photodynamic Therapy for acne treatment
involves three mechanisms of action against acne. Levulan treatment inactivates the bacteria that trigger acne, exfoliates the skin to unclog pores, and shuts down the sebaceous glands in the skin, the root cause in the formation of acne.
Photodynamic skin rejuvenation involves the application of Levulan, a photosensitizing agent, which is then activated with IPL and blue-light.
Additionally it improves wrinkles, pore size, skin texture, pigmentation, rosacea, sebaceous hyperplasia, and potentially prevents the development of skin cancer.

Lip Enhancement

Mole Removal
Laser Mole removal involves releasing laser light energy to the targeted area. The Laser light energy is absorbed only by the pigment in the skin. The pigment is broken up and then carried away by the body and absorbed during the healing process. Immediately after treatment, the area usually turns darker, fading very quickly with the lesion falling off after 4-7 days. Multiple skin tags and other benign moles may be removed by procedures such as shaving and electrical current vaporization to the tissue. Makeup can be worn the same day and sunscreen is recommended for six months following treatment.

Photo Facial™ with X PL
T he Photo Facial provides enhanced outcomes by targeting superficial pigment, veins and the blush of rosacea associated with sun-damaged skin. A broad band of light is focused over areas of the face or chest effectively eradicating areas of redness and brown spots. Photo Facial treatments can result in a more youthful appearance with little or no down time. No messy gels or lotions are needed, as the X PL makes use of an air cooling system, making it virtually painless. On average, our patients see a 75%-95% improvement in unsightly blemishes.

Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy is still considered the gold standard in treating the larger blue veins. In this rather simple procedure, veins are injected with an irritating solution, which causes them to collapse and fade from view. The procedure may also relieve the symptoms associated with spider veins, including aching, burning, swelling and night cramps. A compression stocking must be worn for 2 days after the treatment. This treatment is not recommended for veins that are bulging or ropy.

Skin Tightening
Laser skin tightening is a minimally invasive, non-surgical process that uses a laser light source to tighten skin by heating the deeper layers of the skin causing collagen regrowth while sparing the surface layer of the skin from injury. Skin tightening occurs over the next few months and optimal results usually require two to four treatments about a month apart. Patients experience tightening of loose skin, with fewer wrinkles in the treated area and a firmer, healthier-looking complexion. The most successful laser skin tightening candidates experience permanent results as the collagen under their skin is regenerated, producing a more youthful complexion.
