Joanna Szalla
Hello, my name is Joanna Szalla. I’m originally from NY State and have lived in Arizona for half my life.
I have been styling hair for 15 years.
I received my education through Carsten Institute and then finished at an Aveda Concept school in Denver, CO.
After school, I apprenticed for a year and have been working solo ever since. In that time I’ve studied under Yosh out of San Francisco, studied at American Crew Academy in Boulder, CO, moved back to Arizona and worked for Toni & Guy for five years. While there, I was educated as salon educator and manager.
Then I came to Steven Paul, where I have been for the last three years. This past year, I studied under Sam Brocato, further enhancing my styling abilities and experience.
I am a stylist who is constantly keeping up with education and trends, I can do both progressive, as well as classic cut and color. I believe in customer service and when in my chair I pamper and take care of the clients needs,
I’m also a stylist who gives my clients access to reach me, day and night, thereby fulfilling your needs and accommodating to your busy schedule.
